Timothy Sloan PA-C

Tim has extensive experience as a Cardiology PA (Physician Assistant) and as a registered nurse. After completing his education and training to become a certified Physician Assistant at University of North Dakota in 2002, Tim has been active in caring for cardiac and vascular patients as a PA for nearly a decade. He is an integral part of Same Day HeartCare.

Danielle Martin, NP-C

Danielle Martin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University. Through working as a nurse on an Intermediate Intensive Care Unit (IICU) for the past eight years she gained an incredible amount of knowledge through innumerable experiences working with critically-ill patients. She completed her Masters of Science in Nursing as an Acute Care Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and her passion for cardiology has drawn her to join the practice.

Hannah Jang, NP-C

Hannah Jang is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She has extensive experience as a nurse practitioner and as a Registered Nurse over 15 years. She received her bachelor of science in nursing at Shamyook University in Korea and her master of science as a family nurse practitioner from the College of New Jersey. Her passion is in primary care and cardiology.

Julie Jones, NP-C

Julie Jones is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Chamberlain University with a Masters of Science in Nursing in 2019. Prior to graduate school, she worked for nearly 10 years as a bedside nurse on the Cardiac Step-down and Cardiovascular Specialty units, developing experience and a depth of knowledge. Her undergraduate degree is from Grand Valley State University.

She is dedicated to providing holistic, compassionate care with a passion in cardiology and primary care. Outside of work, she stays busy being a wife and mom to four kids. She enjoys their three dogs, going for walks and country living.

Katie Zhong, PA-C

Katie Zhong graduated from Michigan State University with her Bachelors degree in Human Biology. She then moved onto completing her Masters of Science from Western Michigan University and is now a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA). She has gained up to 2,000 hours of clinical experience while in PA school. Her cardiology rotation inspired her to become a cardiology PA after graduation. With prior experience in pediatrics and urgent care, she hopes to provide the best care to both children and adults in primary care as well.
